we have two types of vendors in our platform vendors with physical shops in East africa and dropshipping vendors , with each type of vendors we have a specific shipping policy ,
The process for vendors with physical shops is as following ,

1. Set up your online store by registering your business on our online marketplace.
2. List your products and take them live so customers can place an order.
3. Once you receive an order, you pack them and prepare them for shipment.
4. Then ship the packed products to your customers as soon as possible.

For Vendors of dropshipping from china the process steps are as following: 
1. Set up your online store by registering your business on our online marketplace.
2. List your products and take them live so customers can place an order.
3. Once you receive an order, contact your supplier and deliver the package at our fullfiment centre in china.
4. Then we will ship the products to the customers as soon as possible.

For vendors with physical stores we can also provide the fulfilment process if we agree upon it during confirmation of your registration as a vendor in our online shop.
